On behalf of the families of Alhaj Hassanali Mavani (Edmonton) and Alhaj Aliraza Mulla Nanji (Nairobi), it is with great pleasure that we announce the Engagement of their Granddaughter Rubab Mavani, daughter of Kaniz & Mahmood Mavani hailing from Edmonton, Canada to Ali son of Zainab and Professor Ahmed Hassanali hailing from Nairobi Kenya. The couple asks only that you bless them with your prayers and duas so that they may have the opportunity to discover the signs within this beautiful institute of marriage - "And among His signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may dwell in peace and tranquility with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearts): Verily in that are signs for those who reflect" (Quran 30:21)." | 2007
